1 Information Collected

We collect minimal data required for bot operation. Here are the types of data collected:

Server ID (Guild ID) — to store per-server configuration
User ID — for invite tracking, giveaway, and log features
Channel ID — to determine the notification target channel
Role ID — for autorole configuration and giveaway requirements
Custom messages — notification text configured by server admins

We do not collect private message content, passwords, emails, or other sensitive information.

2 How We Use Data

Collected data is used solely for:

Running bot features (welcome, goodbye, YouTube/TikTok/Twitch notifications, giveaway, etc.)
Storing server configuration set via the dashboard
Tracking invite link statistics within the server
Randomly selecting giveaway winners

Data is not used for advertising, commercial analytics, or purposes beyond bot operation.

3 Data Storage

All data is stored locally in a SQLite database on the server running the bot. Data is not uploaded to third-party cloud services.

Server configuration data is stored as long as the bot remains in that server
Data is automatically deleted when the bot is removed from the server
Admins can delete data at any time through the dashboard

4 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except:

When required by applicable law
Third-party APIs used (YouTube API, Twitch API, TikTok/RSSHub) — only send public IDs to retrieve feed data

5 User Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

Delete data — remove the bot from your server to delete all related server data
View data — all configuration is available on the dashboard
Request manual deletion — contact us through the support server

6 Security

We implement standard security measures to protect data:

Discord OAuth2 authentication for dashboard access
Manage Guild permission verification before allowing configuration changes
Webhooks verified using HMAC signatures
Dashboard sessions are encrypted and have a limited expiry time

7 Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the Discord support server. The last update date is always shown at the top of this page.
