⚠️ Please read these terms carefully before using the bot. By adding the bot to your Discord server, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the following terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or accessing Gui ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

These terms apply to all users, including server administrators, moderators, and regular members who interact with the bot.

2 Bot Usage

Gui provides the following services for free:

Automatic YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch notifications
Welcome & goodbye system, autorole, boost notification
Ticket system, giveaway, server stats
Web dashboard for server configuration

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue certain features at any time without prior notice.

3 User Obligations

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

Ensuring bot usage complies with Discord's Terms of Service
Not using the bot for illegal or harmful activities
Keeping your Discord account secure when accessing the dashboard
Ensuring the bot permissions granted match your actual needs

4 Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from using the Service to:

Send spam, flood, or content that violates the law
Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the bot
Abuse giveaway features for unfair advantage
Attempt to access data from other servers you do not own
Use the bot for hate speech, harassment, or NSFW content

5 Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or block Service access for servers or users that:

Violate these terms of service
Violate Discord's Terms of Service
Repeatedly abuse the Service

Suspension may be carried out without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

6 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not responsible for:

Data loss due to technical issues or bot updates
Indirect damages from using or being unable to use the Service
Content created or sent by users through bot features
Downtime or disruptions from third-party services (Discord, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)

7 Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content of Gui are owned by the developer. You are not allowed to:

Redistribute or sell the bot's code without written permission
Claim the bot or dashboard as your own work

Personal and non-commercial use is permitted as long as these terms are followed.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the support server. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
